Our CEO, John Mark Williams, took part in the CEC General Assembly in Milan on 5 June 2025, where he spoke about the importance of connection and innovation in leadership:

This new partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting leadership development not only in the UK, but internationally. Working alongside other national organisations within CEC gives us the opportunity to learn, share ideas, and contribute to shaping the future of leadership across Europe.
The event also welcomed Swedish leadership expert Helena Wallin to CEC’s Executive Board—an encouraging step towards stronger representation and inclusive leadership at all levels.
By joining CEC, we hope to bring a UK perspective to wider conversations about leadership, and to learn from the experiences of others across the continent.
This is an exciting moment for the Institute, and we look forward to the collaboration and opportunities ahead.
