The Leadership Awards returned for their fourth year against a new backdrop, with this year’s celebration taking place at the DoubleTree Milton Keynes.
Nominees, judges and guests gathered for an evening recognising the remarkable achievements of individuals and organisations across the leadership community. Following this year’s Leadership Live conference, the awards took on a new format, bringing the community together to celebrate the people and initiatives making a difference.
The evening was hosted by Aaron Phipps MBE, Paralympian and gold medal-winning wheelchair rugby champion, who announced the winners across the 11 award categories.
The Institute of Leadership would like to thank everyone who joined the celebrations, those who worked behind the scenes to make the evening possible, and the judges for their time and commitment in reviewing the entries. Thanks also go to everyone who entered, as well as the sponsors and partners who supported the event.
Congratulations to all this year’s winners and runners-up!
